My life has been a family affair for the past nine years and they healed me and have walked me back out into the real world by simply validating my passions.
Photos like this make me step back into the slower moving stream of family, inside my home, inside my world, not out in that horrible honking speeding cursing world in which I have chosen to raise my children when we are not in our home. It reminds me that I need to continue to try to make our home that slow paced place and not buy into the pace of the outside world.

Then he handed me his iPad, and it had the press release on it. He said, “I’m prepared to send this out. You have half an hour to let me know if you want the part.”
